This course will provide students with the opportunity to draw from a life model with individual instruction and structured lessons on anatomy, contour drawing and shading. Emphasis will be placed on understanding how to draw from life and developing self-confidence in a new subject.

Have you ever wondered why some paintings are more effective than others? Learn how to make the background of your painting more successful by using composition, colour and perspective. This one day workshop will consist of instruction, classroom demos., critiques and painting. Lessons will be taught in watercolour but all media are welcome.
